Business Challenge
Founded in 1998, the leaders of Frictionless Commerce knew that building a solid network infrastructure would be the key to delivering first-rate solutions to its customers. Availability was critical, as was providing a scalable network that would be easy to maintain and allow for growth over time. Frictionless charged North Shore Network with two goals: build a rock-solid network to host their Enterprise Sourcing solutions and, at the same time, implement a robust network to run their day-to-day business operations. Frictionless needed to be up and running fast, and North Shore Network worked around the clock to deliver a premium solution in 30 days. Even though the networks needed to be active in a short period of time, the solution itself was required to last several years.

The Solution
